• How Can I Find Out Which Excursions Are Available?

• How Can I Make A Reservation Request?
  To begin the reservation process choose the excursion that interests you from the main menu ”Crete Excursions”. Then click on the button “BOOK NOW”. Afterwards, fill the required information in the reservation form and click “send”.
• Do I Receive A Confirmation Or A Voucher For My Booking?
  You will receive a confirmation e-mail right after your booking request.
• Is There A Specific Departure Time Of Each Excursion?
  Departure time can varies from one departure to another and from one region to another. Please email with us upon your arrival to confirm the day and time of your excursion
• What Languages Are Available For The Excursions?
  The most of the excursions and services provided by Tourline are available in English. You can check the available languages on the specific excursion page.
• Can You Pick Me Up At My Hotel?
  We offer you a free pick up service from Agia Pelagia to Malia. Just tell us in which hotel you are staying and we’ll pick you up from the door. For further convenience, our team will name the meeting point as soon as you make your reservation.  
• What Is Your Payment Policy?
  You don’t need to pay with credit card or other forms of payment. Full payment must be made on board. All prices are in euro, per person. Promotions and special offers may have different payment terms, please refer to promotion or special offers.
• Are There Children’s Special Prices Available?
  Yes, all tours are free of charge for children’s under the age of 4 years old. There is a 50% discount for 5-12 years old children on all excursions and extras. If you are traveling with children, please use the tour reservation form on the web site to pre-reserve the number of child tickets.
• What Is The Minimum Age For Children On Your Excursions?
  There is no minimum age for children (or guests under the age of 18 years) on all excursions as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
  If you are not be able to attend your excursion and need to cancel a tour booking lets know at least 24 hours before your tour starts, so we will cancel your ticket. Tourline reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour, due to adverse weather conditions or, insufficient passenger number or, force majeure, 12 hours prior to departure time with a notification to the Agent or the traveler.
• Are The Tours Guided?
  All of our tours include guides except and where otherwise noted.
• Do You Offer Hiking Tours?
  We have Samaria Gorge hiking tour that is 18km long. Your Guide will customize your hiking tour based on your abilities and personal preferences.

  Our knowledgeable multilingual guides offer customized traveling experience and make your next vacation more enjoyable by letting them manage the details.
• Is There Time For Shopping On The Tours?
• Shopping is an important part of travel and wherever possible time for this activity is allowed within the framework of most of our excursions.
